Trong thời gian chờ ban hành Thông tư hướng dẫn, để giải quyết các khó khăn, vướng mắc khi vao w88 máy móc, thiết bị đã qua sử dụng, Bộ Khoa học vàCông nghệ yêu cầu các doanh nghiệp Nhà nước, tập đoàn kinh tế, tổng công ty Nhà nước thực hiện theo các quy định đúng tinh thần Quyết định số 929/QĐ-TTg ngày 17/7/2012 của Thủ tướng Chính phủ phê duyệt Đề án: "Tái cơ cấu doanh nghiệp Nhà nước, tập đoàn kinh tế, tổng công ty Nhà nước giai đoạn 2011-2015".
Đối với máy móc, thiết bị, dây chuyền công nghệ đã qua sử dụng có xuất xứ hoặc vao w88 từ Trung Quốc thì tiếp tục thực hiện theo Thông báo số 2527/TB-BKHCN ngày 06/9/2012 của Bộ Khoa học và Công nghệ về việc tạm ngừng vao w88 máy móc, thiết bị, dây chuyền công nghệ đã qua sử dụng.
Các trường hợp khác, để tạo điều kiện thuận lợi, các doanh nghiệp làm văn bản cam kết máy móc, thiết bị, dây chuyền công nghệ đã qua sử dụng đảm bảo các yêu cầu về an toàn và đáp ứng các tiêu chuẩn về bảo vệ môi trường và việc vao w88 thực hiện theo các quy định pháp luật hiện hành. Trong trường hợp cần thiết, cơ quan hải quan có thể tổ chức kiểm tra, yêu cầu giám định khi có nghi ngờ vi phạm.
